Refund policy

30-Day Warranty

All engines and components purchased through Boots & Hanks Diesel Engine Supply are backed by our 30-day warranty. If your engine or part develops a covered defect within this period, contact us right away so we can assist you.

Return Eligibility

·        Returns are accepted only if the item is defective or not as described.

·        Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

·        Items must be returned in the same condition they left our facility.

Restocking Fee & Freight

·        A 25% restocking fee applies to all engine and transmission returns.

·        Customers are responsible for all freight charges both ways. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

·        Once the item is received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price minus freight, the 25% restocking fee, and any applicable payment-processing fees.

·        Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used at checkout.

After 30 Days

No returns, refunds, or warranty claims can be processed beyond the 30-day window.
